What areas in Perth does Crimped service?

We service the western suburbs of Perth, and the surrounding area (Leederville to South Fremantle) Including but not limited to Perth City, West Perth, Leederville, West Leederville, Subiaco, Wembley, Jolimont, Daglish, Shenton, Park, Mount Claremont, Claremont, Swanbourne, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park, North Fremantle, East Fremantle, Fremantle, South Fremantle, Nedlands and Dalkeith

How do I make my Crimped appointment?

You can make an appointment via our website, Facebook and/or Instagram pages to book any of your Crimped services.

Do I need to do anything special to prepare for my Crimped appointment?

If you are having Crimped blow dry, Crimped blow dry and style or Crimped cutting service please have your hair washed 2-3 times and lightly conditioned on the day of or just before the stylist arrives. Please make sure all product is rinsed out well. If you have booked an appointment for a Crimped up style, and you have a normal to dry hair type please follow the above instructions the day before your appointment, blow dry with a brush and dryer, no irons. If you have an oily or super fine hair type, shampooing and drying on the day of your appointment is recommended. Our hairdressing professionals will have all the necessary products, equipment and tools with them. If you have any special requests, or have an allergy please advise before your appointment time. A chair in an area with an access to a table or bench would be fabulous so we can lay out our equipment and products. We also need access to a power point so we can plug in our hairdryers and hot tools. It is important that you are ready for your appointment on time.

What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

It really depends on the schedule of the Crimped professional on that day, if they have an appointment booked directly following your appointment, the end time of your appointment will not change and the Crimped stylist will do as much as they can for you in the booked time. If they are not booked, they will be able to accommodate you.

We advise if running late call ahead and give Crimped as much warning as possible, so as not to be disappointed at the time of the service. If you would like to change the booking or you think you may need more time, please email us at info@crimped.com.au or call on 0415 329 319.

If I can’t find an available booking, does Crimped have a wait list?

Busy days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday and all appointments are subject to availability. We recommend, wherever possible, that you book in advance and continue to check back for extra availability.
Clients do reschedule existing appointments, particularly in the last 48 hrs! Alternatively email info@crimped.com.au or call 0415 329 319 to add your booking onto a wait list.

Can I book Crimped for my Wedding?

Crimped offers a professional, contemporary and convenient hair styling service for brides and the bridal party. Crimped can offer you highly skilled hairdressing professionals specialty trained in all aspects of blow drying, styling and up styling.
There is a $20 surcharge for each Crimped service booked on the actual wedding day. We do this as to cover all the additional time and styling required on the big day. For more information email info@crimped.com.au or call Erin on 0415329319.

Crimped offers a subscription service specifically designed for Brides in the lead up to their wedding day. Details in the Crimpette subscription of this website.

Can you offer group bookings or offer a blow dry/style party?

We most certainly can! In fact, we offer this service quite often. For these types of bookings, we can tailor bookings (shorter or longer) to suit the amount of people in your group/party and your budget.

Best way to pay?

An EFTPOS machine is taken to every appointment. We also offer zip pay!

My plans have changed, I need to cancel, what do I do?

If you no longer require a booking, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to the booking. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours to the booking time will be charged 50% of the booking price. (Crimpette subscribers refer to your own T & C’s for guidelines)

What if I am feeling unwell?

We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell at all or have runny nose, fever, cough or have flu like symptoms, please reschedule. Due to the current climate with the COVID pandemic if you are unwell you will not be charged the 50% cancellation fee even if you cancel within the 24-hr window.

Extra costs?

If you change your service or add to your service, you will be charged for the service that you have. For instance, if you have booked for a Crimped blow dry and request that irons or a straightening iron used you will be charged the extra $10 (blow dry and style price). If you require any extra styling that involves pinning or up styling (time permitting) you will be charged for a Crimped up etc. On Sundays, Public Holiday’s and after hour appointments we charge slightly extra for all bookings. Public Holidays, Sundays and 'after hours': +$20 per Crimped service. After hours: From 7pm weekdays. From 5pm Saturday. Weddings: $20 per Crimped service on the Wedding Day. Crimped stylists will always try to find free parking. In the event there is no free parking available at your location, we would love for you to cover the cost of the parking or advise you Crimped stylist where to park for free. Thank you, we will be worth it!

I know someone who would love a style/ cut at home! Can I buy a gift voucher?

You can purchase gift vouchers for all services that are available at Crimped, simply email info@crimped.com.au and that can be easily arranged.

Have i confirmed my appointment?

If you choose to book your appointment through Instagram/Facebook direct message, instead of via the online booking system, you must confirm your time-slot at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until an address and contact number are sent. With popular times filling fast, we can not hold appointments.
